The price depends on the distance, the time of day and what needs to happen to your vehicle. You pay a fixed callout fee of 99 euros, upfront once you agree, plus a rate per service. You can find the starting prices on our rates page. You always hear the total price on the phone first. The remaining amount you settle afterwards by card, iDEAL or cash.

As soon as you call we send the recovery operator nearest to you. How quickly we arrive depends on your location, the traffic and how busy it is at that moment. You hear a realistic estimate straight away on the phone.

Yes. We operate around the clock, including Saturday evenings, Sundays and public holidays. Car trouble pays no attention to the clock, and neither do we. The phone is always answered by someone who can help you further.

No, with us you pay per job. No monthly fee, no membership and no small print. You only call when you actually need us.

That is up to you. Whether it is to your own garage, a dealer, your home address or another point in the Netherlands, we drive throughout the whole country. Just give us the address when you call.

Put your vehicle in a safe place if you can, switch on your hazard lights and keep your distance from the traffic. Have your location, number plate and phone at hand, so we can find you faster and help you in a focused way.

Certainly. Alongside regular towing jobs we also handle recovery after an accident. Where needed we coordinate with the police or other emergency services and bring the vehicle safely to a depot or garage of your choice.

Yes. We work for private individuals as well as business clients such as garages, leasing companies and transport firms. Get in touch and we will arrange fixed rates and invoicing.
