1. Company details

Pechhulp Sleepdienst is based at Dragonstraat 16, 3544 BA in Utrecht and is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42152621. You can reach us on 085-0609561 and by email at info@pechhulpsleepdienst.nl.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to every request, assignment and service between Pechhulp Sleepdienst and the customer. By agreeing to a price on the phone or through the form, you agree to these terms. Any deviation only applies when we have confirmed it in writing.

3. Our services

We provide help with breakdowns and accidents along the road. This includes towing, recovery, car transport, jump-starts, battery replacement, tyre help and opening a vehicle when you are locked out. We do not sell or fit new tyres ourselves and we do not carry out repairs in a workshop.

4. Prices and callout fee

Every assignment carries a fixed callout fee of 99 euros. This comes on top of the price of the chosen service. The rates per service are starting prices including VAT. The final price depends on your location, the distance, your vehicle, the time of day and the work required. You always hear the total price in advance, before we set off.

5. Payment

You pay the callout fee upfront, once you have agreed to the price. You settle the remaining amount afterwards by card, iDEAL or cash. Our operator carries a mobile card terminal. Business clients can pay on invoice by arrangement.

6. Cancellation

If you cancel after our operator is already on the way, the callout fee is not refunded. Time and costs have already been made for you at that point. If you can no longer be at the agreed location, please let us know by phone as soon as possible.

7. Carrying out the work and arrival time

We do our utmost to reach you as quickly as possible and always send the nearest operator. Any arrival time we mention is an estimate and not a hard guarantee, because traffic, weather and how busy it is all affect the travel time.

8. Liability

We carry out our services with care and the right equipment. We are not liable for damage that results from incorrect or incomplete information from the customer, or from defects that were already present before we arrived. Our liability is limited to the amount our insurer pays out in the relevant case.

9. Force majeure

In the event of force majeure, such as extreme weather, road closures or situations where the emergency services take priority, we may suspend or adjust an assignment. We will inform you about this as soon as possible.

10. Complaints

11. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all our services. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district where Pechhulp Sleepdienst is based.
