How does recovery differ from an ordinary towing service?▾
With a towing service we take a vehicle that may or may not still drive to an address. Recovery goes a step further: it is about safely freeing and removing a vehicle after an accident, out of a ditch, from a hard-to-reach spot or in a hazardous situation.
What does a recovery cost?▾
A recovery is tailored to the situation, so the price depends on the location and the work involved. You pay a fixed callout fee of 99 euros and always hear the total price before we start. The recovery itself is quoted on request.
How quickly are you there after an accident?▾
Usually we are with you as fast as possible, depending on your location and how busy it is. If emergency services are also present at a serious accident, we time our arrival so that we do not get in the way of their work.
Where does my car go after the recovery?▾
You decide that yourself. We drive your vehicle to a workshop of your choice, to your own address or to an approved recovery depot, whichever suits you best.
