What data we process

We only process the data we need to help you. When you call or fill in the contact form, this is usually your name, phone number, email address, your location and a description of your problem. For an assignment this may also include your number plate and details about your vehicle.

Why we use your data

We use your data to handle your request, help you on the spot, complete the payment and contact you where needed. We do not use your data for unrelated purposes and we never sell it to third parties.

Basis and retention

We process your data in order to carry out our service and to meet our legal obligations, such as the retention period for the tax authorities. We do not keep your data longer than is necessary for this.

Sharing with others

We only share your data when it is needed to carry out the service, for example with a garage or destination that you point out yourself, or with a party that helps us with payment or administration. These parties may only use your data for the agreed task.
